Travel to the planet of Dorin and find the Baran Do sages. Convince them to train you through what you have grasped so far in Ayna-seff

Be struck by your Baran Do teacher, who channels a current through the blow that seizes your muscles. Replicate what they did against a training post. Do this until you can reliably do so without not producing a current, thus hurting your hand. This technique is called Tassak-Durr ("living wire").

Begin a new training post exercise. Current on your hand must visibly arc on contact, and must originate from your sustained field rather than a desperate pulse.

Spar with a fellow student wearing a sensor harness that measures electrical output on impact. Every strike must register with consistency. Any failure will reset the exercise . The task ends when your output is consistent across ten consecutive hits.

Face two opponents simultaneously in a training exercise. Use your contact discharge selectively, such as striking one with charge and then striking the next immediately after without. If you ever discharge electricity out of your control, the task resets.

Spar with an opponent on dry ground while standing ankle-deep in water. Fight without your discharge travelling down through the water and bleeding away from your strikes. If the water around your feet sparks, you have failed.

Via theft or manipulation, steal the scroll of the Forbidden Technique of the Baran-Do.

Endure the resulting hunt of your taking of the scroll at the hands of the Jedi Order. If you get out on the other end with the scroll, you may perform the next two tasks.

Find a way to decipher the scroll. This can be done at the same time as the previous task, though it is considerably more difficult.

Use the Forbidden Technique of the Baran-Do for the first time to engage an opponent an entire tier above you on the Tier List, and defeat this opponent in a legitimate combat encounter. Roll a 1/4 dice to see if your character gets PK'd from the process.
