Name: Darth Rovas

Rank: Dark Councillor

Tier: High 2

Background: Darth Rovas, real name Shinaar Rovas, was born to a wealthy family on Fondor in 70 BBY, being the heir to his family's mining company. He grew up not knowing about his force sensitivity, but always feeling a sense of superiority to his peers, which he would express through mental domination, though unbeknownst to Rovas himself.

Eventually, after the Sith began to reappear throughout the galaxy, he caught onto his own power, deciding to continue to use it for his own selfish gain and using his status and wealth to hide himself from anyone who would stop him. He secretly studied the ancient ways of the Sith, learning more about what they had done thousands of years ago and, more importantly to him, how they had done it. The 'why' was also important to Rovas, and he pondered that question for several years, until the Sith Empire re-emerged.

He found his way to them, joining them initially as a Sith Acolyte and quickly working his way up the ranks due to his prior knowledge and ruthless conviction, eventually earning himself a spot on the Dark Council, where he now controls the sphere of Sith Philosophy.

Weaknesses: Rovas, as it stands, doesn’t have much talent in offensive Force abilities compared to his physical accolades; and thus one should attempt to engage him in a contest of Force powers to gain the advantage. Rovas is also extremely big-headed and arrogant, usually acting like he has won a fight before he has. One can likely trick him with a middling deception if they play to his ego, and thus snap victory from his maw if a combatant plays it correctly.
