Name: Darth Gandalf

Rank: Dark Councillor

Tier: High 1

Background: Kes Okari was a Jedi Master again, due to the Mandalorian Knights being absorbed by the Jedi Order. As the Mandalorian regent, alongside a council of Deathwatch and significant Mandalorians, he attempted to salvage the crumbling Empire with Dorjander Kace gone.

In an attempt to rescue Bo’Cintra, he was caught and brought to Zakuul. Though reunited with Dorjander Kace, he was completely and utterly corrupted by Valkorian. Valkorion corrupted him completely and gave him the new title of Darth. It was not long before he was made a Dark Councillor, and after that he was saved by the Emperor after a holocron incident and was given a new body.

This has caused a deep and rooted loyalty to Valkorian within the man once known as Kes Okari. He has a slight resentment now towards his fellow councillor Darth Excors, as he think he's the one who fooled him as Dorjander Kace

Equipment: Kes Okari’s Lightsaber, Cortosis Vibroblade

Weaknesses: Far better with the Force, so forcing him into saber combat will likely earn a higher chance of victory. Engaging him with droids and allowing his comfort with using Ionize will eventually drain his stamina, so sending hoards of droids could psychologically bait him into using the draining technique more. Like most time-displaced Old Republic Force Users, utilisation of Dun Moch to anger them about their situation will unbalance him.
