Background: Niko’lai, formerly known as Tetra, was kidnapped as a child and raised by slavers. She, along with many other stolen children, was forced into deplorable conditions and subjected to the brutality of her captors. Niko’lai spent her entire childhood surviving in this space, learning the tricks of the trade and keeping the other kids safe. 

This hellish situation was only broken when a Jedi Knight destroyed the slaver group and rescued the surviving children, bringing Niko’lai to the Jedi order in the process. Niko’lai had trouble adjusting to the serene peace of the Jedi temple and buried herself in lessons and lectures, seeking to keep herself busy and distracted. She has grown with astounding speed over the past few years with the New Jedi Order, but has yet to be assigned to a master. 

Speed: Low C Combat Speed

Abilities: Extreme Acrobatics. Mastery in Deception, Survival Skills, and Mental Shielding. Highly Proficient in Mental Shielding and Slicing. Proficient in Street Hand-to-Hand Combat, Medium Style, and Fast Style. Skilled in Treatment & Aid and Temple Hand-to-Hand Combat. 

Notable Force Abilities: Proficient in Combustion, Force Cloak, and Projected Fighting. Skilled in Force Replication, Force Stealth, and Standard NJO Padawan Abilities. Begun Training in Shatterpoint. No Access to Enhance Attribute.

Equipment: Highly Proficient in Niko’s Blaster Pistol (Level 0); Padawan Robes and Tunic; Niko’s Bracelets; Niko’s Lightsaber; Utility Belt with: Survival Rations in the form of capsules, a Hush-98 comlink, a Holoprojector, a Glowrod, and Lightsaber Repair Tools. 

Weaknesses: Niko is a survivalist, through-and-through. And though the Force guides her, her instincts lean towards the Dark Side and the instinct to place her own survival above those of others or her moral integrity. This should be exploited to maximum psychological effect in a combat scenario. Niko’lai is poorly connected to the Cosmic Force, missing the big picture and having a poor mind for tactics, and thus can easily be led into traps (overrides Mental Shielding). Niko’lai has a great hatred of slavers and those who hurt children, so one should attempt to bait her through possible scenarios involving either of these things. Niko’lai, despite her speed and acrobatics, is quite poor competitively. As such, a direct approach is recommended, as well as usage of AOE or CC abilities.
