Background: CA-1963 '63, also known as CT/ARC-0417 "Blackburn" was a clone assassin serving with the Galactic Republic during the Clone Wars. Noted for excellent marksmanship, before being assigned to the 41st Elite Corps after going through the rough life of a Clone Assassin on Kamino. There he would, for quite some time, spend time as a sharpshooter and intelligence operative. Hiding his training as a clone assassin from other clones until it was required during the final stage of the first battle of Geonosis.

Later serving on Salteract with the rest of the Clone Assassin Division, '63 was sent down on a mission by himself as a consequence of questioning Director Thatcher. He would be captured by the natives after entering a cave system on the dark world, and go missing in action for several weeks.

Being found in a temperate area in the caves, tended to by the local healer, '63 would be evacuated by his own men after roughly a month. And despite being cleared for duty by medical personnel and CA-1986, he did have severe trauma in regards to the experience. Some of those he had worked with for longer commenting on him going soft.

After Salteract, he would form back up with his old squadmates, and they would form a larger fireteam to handle high-risk operations during the Republic invasion of Kashyyyyk.

Skilled in Slicing and Cloaking Devices. Begun Training in Echani Hand-to-Hand and Mandalorian Hand-to-Hand.

Weaknesses: CA-1963 excels in close-quarters combat, and extended combat as well. Negating either of these will go far in helping to deal with this assassin, be it through ending the fight quickly, or from afar; especially given he won’t have his counters to either of these immediately ready at the beginning of a combat scenario. ‘63 wears less armour and has less ammunition to be more agile, as such, he is far less durable and has to focus on sustainability more than his peers. His time in the 41st has caused his assassin skills to rust somewhat, and thus he can be exploited by a masterful hand-to-hand combatant. CA-1963 prefers to engage when the stage is set, and thus can be convinced to retreat from certain combat scenarios by a skilled manipulator. Due to his style of combat, it is best to engage ‘63 in a wide, open area. ‘63 injured his knee greatly during the destruction of the Sims-II, and thus will have less mobility in a combat scenario. One should push him and attempt to strain his knee to gain an advantage.
