Background: Rafaam was a mentally insane part-Human Tuskan historian who tried to resurrect an ancient Dark Lord of the Sith, but failed every time due to his lack of force sensitivity. After this, he founded the Haxion brood to try and convince his lackeys to replace their limbs with cybernetics to improve their fighting ability, but these actions were only to resurrect the Dark Lord. Being incredibly greedy, he even attempted to steal entire cities. Coming into contact with Darth Maul, who sensed the dark in him, and thought there might be some potential there. Using Nightsister Magic with a witch he captured from Dathomir, he made Rafaam force sensitive. At a cost, making him not only a sociopath, but a hysterical, mad psychopath.

Abilities: Highly Proficient in Shii-Cho. Proficient in Form V, Slugthrowers, Staffs, and Environmental Conditioning.

Weaknesses: Is quite literally insane, and as such will be easy prey to someone with a sharp tongue. Concentration is also poor due to this, making learning new abilities hard, and mastering them near impossible. But due to him not being able to tell the difference between what is real and not; abilities like Force Fear and Horror do not affect him.
