Background: ARC-21 was a former general of the ARC Troopers who served in the Grand Army of the Republic. Mixer, as was the case with the rest of the Alpha ARCs, first saw action with the Separatist invasion of Kamino. As the Confederacy's droid forces pushed towards the heart of Tipoca City, the Kaminoan Prime Minister, Lama Su, activated the ARCs and authorized their deployment to hot-spots across Kamino in a last-ditch effort to save the planet's precious cloning facilities.
During the Clone Wars, Mixer found himself with the 415th on their mission to the Deep Core. Here Mixer encountered Boba Fett, before heading to Tatooine with his friend Hawkeye. After forming an agreement with Marka Ragnos, Mixer helped track down Darth Diena with the help of Boba Fett in order to rescue. However, Mixer was forced to save Hawkeye on Coruscant with the Bad Batch after his friend was kidnapped, where he met Axis. After a violent meeting, Mixer would later be recruited by the man to form a team that could work for him, what would be known by some as the Key Team.

Weaknesses: Mixer is tormented by his need to help others, and will typically overly dedicate himself to helping his friends; and can become extremely irrational and irresponsible when he is prevented from doing so. Mixer’s right shoulder is a weak spot after his encounter with Boba Fett, and aiming for it could render his arm paralysed if one is lucky enough.
