Name: C-21 Highsinger

Rank: Bounty Hunter

Tier: Middle 2

Background: C-21 Highsinger's past was all but unknown, though it was believed that the droid was the only one of his kind. Highsinger's servomotors and manipulators were carefully designed, creating uncanny reflexes that resulted in a high level of combat prowess. He was able to unlock a rotator assembly within his main body which allowed his upper torso to spin while his legs remained firmly planted, allowing him to take out surrounding targets with speed and accuracy. Through extensive modifications, advanced programming, and learned skills, he became a proficient and deadly bounty hunter.

Unlike most droids, Highsinger served no master, and took on jobs as varied as capturing targets to protecting the families of criminals. During the Clone Wars, Highsinger ended up on Aridus with the Confederacy, helping them establish a presence on Aridus against the 415th Exploratory Corps.

Speed: Low C Combat Speed

Abilities: Superhuman Strength and Durability. Extreme Mastery in Throwables. Mastery in Blaster Rifles, Programmed Hand-to-Hand, Mechanical Mind, and Blaster Pistols. Highly Proficient in Slicing, all other Blaster Weapons, and Explosives. Proficient in Energy Shields, Hunting/Tracking, Crafting, and Shield Combat. Skilled in Ground Vehicles.

Equipment: Duraplast Armour, which is resistant to EMPs; Extreme Mastery in X-8 Blaster Pistol and E-C5 Blaster Rifle; Servos on body that allow him to rotate for any line of fire; 2 Thermite Charges; 2 Thermal Detonators.

Weaknesses: Highsinger’s rotating torso is quite exposed, and focusing attacks there is not only easier, but disabling the rotating servos means that he loses his main advantage; and he can be flanked again. Highsinger will follow his orders to the exact letter, only stopping when he is at risk. As such, one can manipulate Highsinger into a trap very easily by moving the subject of his orders to an advantageous position. Highsinger also has no impressive tactical acumen or other markers of intelligence, and thus falls short of other droids, and can struggle in scenarios that require free-thinking or tactics.
