Name: Jonhar
Name: Jonhar
Rank: Jedi
Tier: Middle 1
Background: Jonhar is an ancient member of the Jedi Order, and a former Jedi Temple Guard. She grew up within the temple before attaining the rank of Padawan under the tutelage of Jedi Master Jo-Tua, who brought her to the Republic Frontier. It was there, on the planet of Koboh, that she became a Jedi Knight and a permanent researcher on the planet for over three hundred years. Eventually she returned to Coruscant to take on a padawan named Fanor before returning to Koboh. While training her padawan and continuing her research into the Koboh Abyss, Jonhar was struck with an incredibly powerful vision of what would become known as the Koboh Emergence. However, with the disappearance of her padawan and momentary distraction, Jonhar was unable to warn her fellow researchers of the incoming catastrophe.
When she left the planet as part of the evacuation and returned to Coruscant once again she blamed herself heavily for failing to save more lives and warn others through her vision. She pushed herself and Fanor far beyond what she should have at the time, and while she did attain the rank of Master and he the rank of Knight, her relationship with him was irrevocably severed. The Head of Security at the time, seeing Jonhar's agitated and distraught state, advised her to undergo the trials to become a Temple Guard, hoping it would help bring her to a more neutral and calm state.
Jonhar, after some convincing, agreed to do so. Each trial was completed without significant difficulty, bar the final test. She descended into the heart of the Jedi Temple, deep into the Shrine in the Depths that lay below. She meditated within the force nexus that stood at its center, and was once again struck with a vision. This time it was of the temple in flames, being swarmed by tens of thousands of shadowy figures. The air was heavy with the pure strength of whatever entity was leading the attack. Jonhar did not know it at the time, but she had received a vision of the Day of Chaos, two hundred and ten years before it would happen. Once she emerged from the Shrine in the Depths and officially joined the Temple Guard she spent the next sixty years training. She only took a break from her duties when she was offered the position of Head of Security by the former holder of the position.
Though she served as the Head of Security dutifully for another sixty years, she found it to be incredibly limiting for her goal of attaining the strength necessary to defend the temple, and eventually returned to the Temple Guard. There she stayed for 89 years, until 21 BBY, when the Day of Chaos happened. Despite Jonhar's vision, her advanced knowledge, her centuries of training, nothing changed from her vision. The temple remained destroyed and she herself merely participated in the slaughter of those who attacked the temple, the citizens of Coruscant. Nearly broken by the ordeal, Jonhar abandoned the few remaining Jedi Temple Guards and exiled herself from the organization. She travelled with the Jedi to Tython, where she was struck by her third and final vision a year later. This vision would guide her to Koboh, though she did not know it at the time.

Weaknesses: Given the nature of Jonhar’s regenerative processes, she is likely to be more blasé with her physical state in battle. While this is fine, it can pose a significant risk when it comes to damage to her brain. If one were to catch her off guard with a strike or attack that destroyed her brain, she would be unable to regenerate the organ and die. This is further compounded by her defensive nature and desire to defend others. Abilities that usually have difficulty in landing will have an easy mark against Jonhar if one aims them at her allies, even if the ability isn’t necessarily due to hit said ally. While Jonhar does have defensive Force abilities, she is unlikely to use them in most contexts due to her physical stats and her reliance on them. In fact, she is so reliant on these stats that despite having offensive Force abilities that work at range, she is unlikely to use them, preferring a box-to-box tank approach. Her physical stats should be taken with obvious caution, but they can be mitigated through clever movement, especially in a confined environment. Jonhar has a sense of enlightened grace despite her size, and is unlikely to perform actions like destroying the environment to mitigate the weaknesses of a confined area. Jonhar has a great deal of trauma and a middling sense of purpose, and if these factors are known, a skilled manipulator could bypass her mental shielding despite possibly having a lower skill level. Lastly, as a Force Sensitive Gen’Dai, Jonhar is beginning to experience the first symptoms of psychosis far earlier than normal Gen’Dai, and at its current stage, she is capable of forgetting people, events, and even aspects of skills; and if this were to occur in a combat encounter, it should be exploited to the most maximum degree.
