Name: Fodel Pi

Rank: Second in Command of Clan Caesar

Tier: Low 1

Background: Fodel Pi was a former Mandalorian Protector, one of the most prominent of the group alongside Evaar'la Mereel, who left the organisation upon disagreeing with the more hands of approach they took to helping Mandalore at times.

Fodel would spend the next years as a sailor of the Mandalorian sees, using their lack of regulation and observation to smuggle goods from richer clans to those that were poor, helping out the people of Mandalore in the most direct manner he could. This would eventually lead him to a meeting with Caesar, and hearing the man speak so passionately speak of helping Mandalore, Fodel would join him; eventually working his way up to be the Second in Command of Clan Caesar.

Fodel would play a large part in training the troops of Clan Caesar, and advising Caesar where he could, which came to head when he was responsible for apphrending those who survived the bombing of Kyrimorut. Fodel would become acquainted with those the Clan eventually allied with, especially the likes of Rav Bralor and Mij Gilamar.

Weaknesses: Fodel Pi is a humble fellow, and will lay down his life without hesitation for Caesar or any of the clan members. In that case, one could potentially manipulate a scenario where Fodel believed he would have to lay down his life for either of those things, and the combat scenario would wrap itself up. While Fodel can fight at long-range with no issue, he is quite a bold individual and is guaranteed to consistently fight someone face-to-face and close. Knowing this, one could set traps or prepare for his proximity with some form of strategy. And while impossibly good with his Belaying Pins, which he will use in a pinch, they are still wooden clubs; and thus are not the most effective weapons in some scenarios. Not that Fodel cares…
