Name: Etain Tur-Mukan

Rank: Jedi Knight

Tier: High 3

Background: Etain Tur-Mukan was a female Human Jedi Knight and General who served in the Grand Army of the Republic during the Clone Wars. Tur-Mukan was noted to be a kind soul and compassionate without fault. With an amazing potential to control the Force, she was limited by one thing, her self-doubt. As a Padawan, she sought her place in the universe and the Order, and more recently the war. Confused by the actions of non-Force sensitives, she was unfamiliar with life outside of the safe walls of the Jedi Temple.

During the Clone Wars, Jedi Knight A’Sharad Hett took Etain under his wing as his Padawan. Tur-Mukan would spend most of her time reading and training with the Knights in the Jedi Temple. During this time, she was introduced to Alpha-68 “Hawkeye” and Alpha-21 “Mixer”. She would grow quite fond of the two, forming unique personal relationships with both. At some point, A’Sharad would proceed to leave for Tatooine, leaving Etain alone on Coruscant. Hawkeye consulted Etain about the circumstance and the two of them would eventually leave for Tatooine together to find Tur-Mukan’s master.

After having tracked down A'Sharad Hett on Tatooine, Etain would train with the likes of Alpha-21 alongside her usual training with her master. Tur-Mukan and Hawkeye would grow closer as they spent more time on Tatooine, and A’Sharad took notice and would lecture her on the danger of unhealthy attachments, something compounded by his recent experience with the now Darth Diena. Later, with Etain and Hawkeye noticing something was off about Mixer, the former would opt to enter A-21's mind, given he was not talking to them openly. It was here that Etain would encounter one of the many shards the Sith Lord Marka Ragnos left behind. Ragnos, given his abilities and foresight from the Void, would sense a possible future where Etain would be the centrepiece of a great darkness. Believing it to be Etain's attachment to Hawkeye that would be exploited by the likes of Darth Talon to gain leverage over A'Sharad, the Ragnos shard would alter Etain's brain chemistry to take away her ability to love.

Etain and Hawkeye would later depart from Tatooine, rendezvousing with the Third Systems Army on Odessen after having met Arye Prays and his team to track down Diena. Her attachment to Hawkeye, as well as the alteration of her mind, would eventually be learnt of by Master Yoda. The diminutive Grandmaster would travel to the planet to not only deal with Darth Diena, but also deal with Tur-Mukan's situation. Mending her mind and giving her a stern lecture, Yoda would depart from the planet for the Third Battle of Dromund Kaas.

After Yoda's departure, Darth Sidious would kidnap Hawkeye from Odessen, having also sensed the fact Etain was the centrepiece to a great darkness and wishing to gain potential leverage. Etain would leave the planet with Arye Prays in hopes to track down Hawkeye, and instead would encounter her broken master after the events of Dromund Kaas. With Mixer and the Bad Batch having failed to rescue Hawkeye in the Works, Etain and A'Sharad would receive transmission from Hawkeye on the planet of Saleucami. It was here that Etain would encounter Krosha Morze and Axis, witnessing the latter's machinations with Hawkeye. Etain would depart from the planet with Hawkeye, despite the task that Axis had given the two. This would lead to Ectherid being allowed to enter the universe, causing A'Sharad Hett to briefly be removed from existence.

With A'Sharad being wiped from existence, Etain would be assumed to be ready for her Knight trials. She would be sent to Naboo to help bring the Queen back into the fold given reports of insurrection towards the Republic. Travelling to the planet with Hawkeye, she would be unaware that her companion was replaced by the Fallen Trickster. The being would manipulate Etain for months, intending on using her as a conduit to gain control of the galaxy for The Harbinger, while his duplicate form would continue to manipulate the queen of Naboo. This would culminate in Etain believing she had been betrayed by Hawkeye, nearly losing her path and allowing the darkness which Ragnos had misinterpreted to take place. However, with guidance from Axis in the form of a bird at the request of Mixer and help from ARC himself, Etain would be reminded of the Jedi Code and press on. Finding an ability in a Sith lab she discovered on Naboo, Etain would form a light-side version, called Force Encase. Using the technique on the Naboo queen, she would free them from the grip of the Trickster, foiling their plans.

Tur-Mukan's success on Naboo, however temporary it was, resulted in her being knighted. As a Jedi Knight, Tur-Mukan would join the Special Ops Brigade under Atris, where she would encounter the likes of Hawkeye and Kad Skirata. Etain would begin training under Atris, expressing her desire to become the Director of Special Forces.

Weaknesses: While not the most strong or fast, she is extremely resilient and hard to put down, more so than most Jedi. So brunt force may not be the best way to defeat her. Instead bring up the insecurities of her inability to lead her fellow Jedi, troops or ships; she could then defeat herself. Etain is slower than her contemporaries, so going for a faster approach could be a good way to defeat her. And while she is more confident thanks to her trials, placing her in situations of extreme stress is likely to cause her to freeze up, not knowing what to do.
